Yoga Training Workshop
A Yoga training programme for the parents, teachers and students was conducted from 9th June to 21st June,2021. It was conducted virtually and culminated on the 7th International Yoga Day.
All the postures, yogic kriyas, and breathing exercises designated by Aayush Ministry as common yoga protocol were performed.
It was celebrated with great enthusiasm, following this year's theme- Yoga for Wellness. The following yoga routine was followed:

All the postures were properly demonstrated by yoga expert and their benefits were also explained.
All the queries raised by parents and the students were also answered.
